  1. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed once full payment has been received and verified. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location. It is the customer's responsibility to verify which options are available at checkout.

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If your payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.

  1. Processing and Delivery

Processing time: 24 to 72 hours Shipping time: 5 to 10 business days depending on your location within Canada We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Returns and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Return and Refund Policy for detailed information regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled.

  1. Liability

Sophia & Claire Vancouver is not responsible for loss or damage of parcels if tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. Please verify your address carefully before completing your order. Any address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
