All orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress.

Please note that during high-demand periods such as holidays or major promotions, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

  1. Estimated Delivery Time

The average delivery time is between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location within Canada. Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, local postal disruptions, or public holidays.

While most orders arrive on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or high volume periods may occasionally cause minor delays beyond our control.

  1. Shipping Method & Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse. We ship across all of Canada, from British Columbia to Newfoundland.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout based on your location and order details. Please check our homepage or product pages for any active free shipping promotions.

  1. Responsibility During Shipment

Once the tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Any address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@sophiaclairevancouver.com. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
