We offer a full return guarantee on all new products, except promotional and sale items. Sale items are excluded from this guarantee.
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. Sophia & Claire Vancouver does not reimburse return shipping and is not liable for costs incurred during the return process.
No Cancellations or Refunds on Active Orders
After an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded before delivery. This policy ensures accurate processing, protects our logistics and inventory system, and guarantees that every customer receives their order as expected. If you wish to return an item after receiving it, please follow our standard return and refund procedure.
Deadline for Return Notification
Returns must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted. Please respect this deadline to be eligible for a return.
Multiple Orders of the Same Item in Different Sizes
Multiple orders of the same item in different sizes are considered size-testing orders and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult our size guide before placing your order.
Exchanging Sale Products
Sale items cannot be exchanged, even if the sizing is incorrect. Please ensure you select the correct size before purchasing.

We offer a full guarantee on defective items. If a product shows manufacturing defects, it can be returned for a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
